Jillian attended Regency Beauty Institute from September 2007 to July 2008. After a short period of speicializing in nails. She started at City Looks in September 2008. She went through the advanced training program in order to improve her skills.


Jillian is an American Board Certified Haircolorist, with a passion for providing beautiful, dimensional colors. Pair her colors with her fun fashion-forward cuts and you will have a look that you'll love!


Jillian has completed technical training in OPI Axxium Soak-off Lacquer Systems, and has also completed Inspiring Champions business training.
